A Typical Day in Puglia
Each day will start with an hour of wellness exercises (described in our offering page) before breakfast.
Breakfast will be served around 9 a.m. after which we will gather to go sightseeing to some of the most historic and fascinating sights that Puglia is justly famous for. We will pause for lunch and a glass of vino in one of the chosen villages we will visit.
To name a few, the Unesco World Heritage site of Alberobello, the white town of Ostuni, Lecce the Florence of the south, Martina Franca and Polignano a Mare.
We will also visit a winery, and ecological garden and the caves of Castellana Grotte and visit Noci the town famous for Ghiotti di mozzarelle, burrate and stracciatelle.
One day we will dedicate to the beach to explore the coastline and the fresh seafood restaurants.
A cooking class is also on the menu for those that would like to participate.
In short you will be kept busy and entertained during this lovely week in Puglia.
A Typical Day in Tuscany
Each day will start with an hour of wellness exercises (described in our offering page) that are optional. They are before breakfast so those that do not wish to participate, can sleep in or wander in the magnificent grounds around the villa.
Breakfast will be served around 9 a.m. after which we will all gather to go sightseeing to some of the most iconic and famous medieval towns Tuscany is known for. Probably two to three a day with a break for lunch and a glass of vino in one of them.
To name a few, Montepulciano, Siena, Pienza, San Gimignano, Montalcino each known for something particular to them. For example: Siena and it’s Palio, Montalcino and its Brunello wine, etc.
We will also visit wineries, two monasteries, one known for its Gregorian chants on Sundays and one where there is no roof anymore but a symbol of a great era.
One day we will dedicate to a Hot Springs relaxing experience offering a rest from all the wonders that we will be visiting.
In the evenings we might have a video presentation or listen to great Neapolitan music and dancing for those that are inspired by its catchy tunes.
A cooking lesson is also an option for those so inclined.
